While our offices are located in downtown New Haven, you will find us in every corner of the city. Elm City Communities oversees 23 developments and a multitude of private-housing scattered sites throughout New Haven that provide affordable living and quality of life services for more than 1,900 families, disabled and senior residents.
Additionally, we provide housing subsidy to more than 3,000 families through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV-Section 8) Program.
